Warrantless Surveillence

Surprisingly perhaps the judiciary has not finally spoken on the issues surrounding warrantless Surveillance. This issues have now now beginning to plague private corporations such as GOOGLE that  has been accused of cooperation with the NSA [National Security Agency] a component of DOD.

As readers should know I treat my blogging with occassinal posts completely expressing “rightous indignation” as largely a research aid to those who study and write about HS/EM and domestic crisis management.  So this post hopefully will highlight again the unusally fine reports of the CRS.
