JAPAN–The NEWS WORSENS TWO MONTHS IN!

The information flow from Japan on its crisis and catastrophic events of almost two months ago is no where nearly adequate to evaluate the future for that country. Perhaps the cutting of all civil servants salaries by 10% to fund reconstruction resonated most with my civil service friends still working and retired. As am I!

Ignore for the moment contaminated water, inadequate housing for evacuees, shortages of workers willing to take risks by working in contanimated areas, and a five year effort just to clear debris the radiological and energy shortage appears headed for even more headlines.
